Kieswerk plant description: solid matter 100 t/h of sand/pyrite 85 / 15 % The cut dry gravel will be transported to the primary screen (1200 x 1000 by a belt conveyor. Dry screening of granules bigger than 24 mm by a wire mesh screen. The other granules (0...24) will be transported by a mounting belt conveyor to the wet screening unit (5000 x 1600) to wash the 0...2 granules. The sand/water mix flows into a sand catcher for dewatering and sand keeping back purpose. The granules get by the by-pass into the graining screen 2000 x 1200 to wash the 2...16 and 16..24 particles. In the by-pass, the granules pass by an aquamator (own fabrication) to catch wood and roots. The sand screen and the aquamator are supplied by a service water pump, and a rising pump make the washing water go out into a sedimentation basin. price on demand |
